Yes, there are some limitations based on the model you select (make sure to read the description of your selected item).

For full name or text, to ensure the best readability, we recommend keeping the total of letters to a maximum of 9–10.

Each personalisation product page includes detailed information about the item’s dimensions and the customisation area to help you make an informed choice.

If you need help with your personalisation, please contact us before placing your order.

Currently, we do not offer a live preview feature. However, the personalisation product gallery provides visuals to help you understand the expected colours, size, and positioning of the customisation.

While we strive to ensure accuracy, please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Sales are final.

We recommend double-checking all customisation details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

If you forget to include your personalisation details, don’t worry! Our team will email you for clarification before proceeding with the customisation. This ensures we get everything just right for your order.

If you have multiple items in your cart, please use the “Order Note (optional)” field at checkout to specify which item should be personalised.

Be sure to include the product name and color to avoid any confusion.

This helps us ensure your personalisation is applied to the correct item.

If you notice a mistake in your personalisation, please contact us immediately through the Contact Form, providing your order number and the correct details.
