General Information

Edoaria is a brand dedicated to providing high-quality accessories. We pride ourselves on unique designs inpired by ancient Greek heritage such as astrology and protection (Evil Eye also known as “Mati”) and a commitment to protecting marine wildlife.

Each collection is limited edition and is created by our Founder Alexandra. There is no specific timeline. We are announcing these via our social networks and also via our newsletter.

Edoaria products are available exclusively on our website. We do not have physical stores or other retail outlets. For the complete range of our collections, please shop directly through our site.

Our headquarters is located in Chaudfontaine (Belgium) known for its lush green surroundings and thermal springs.

Our products are carefully made in Asia by trusted partners who share our commitment to quality and ethical work practices. Each item is then embroidered and personalised in Belgium, allowing us to add a local, artisanal touch. We’ve explored various sourcing options, but this approach currently offers the best combination of craftsmanship, reliability, and sustainability. Wherever possible, we prioritise recycled or organic materials and always strive to uphold high standards throughout the production process.

We thoughtfully select each material used in our products to ensure high quality and sustainability. You’ll find all material details in each product’s description. Whenever possible, we choose recycled materials—like the recycled polyester in our beautiful pouches—and prioritize high-quality options certified by OEKO-TEX Standard 100, including our embroidery threads and labels.

Our goal is to reach 100% of our collections made ethically and toxin free. Our ambition is also to make sure our collections are sustainably sourced fabrics and use 100% organic cotton and/or recycled fabrics.

Yes, we do offer customization options. For details, please refer to our Personalised Items page. Each customization is crafted with high standards of quality and precision, using Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified threads to ensure safety and sustainability. Our embroiderer in the Liège area manages the process meticulously, bringing your unique vision to life with careful attention to detail.

Simply browse our website, select your items, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to enter your shipping details and payment information.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately using our contact form. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, we’re working on adding this option soon to make gifting Edoaria even easier. Stay tuned for updates!

No, even placed in your cart, the articles can’t be saved for you before an order is placed and paid. These items can therefore be out of stock and yet still appear in your cart.

Yes. You just have to edit the shipping address in the purchase tunnel.

Returns

You can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions provided in our Returns & Refunds section.

Start by contacting us through our contact form. You will receive instructions and a return label. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive the item and process your refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your reimbursement. This approach helps us promote mindful purchasing, reduce overconsumption, and protect the planet.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive your returned item.
